MULTIPLIER EVENTS ZERO WASTE CATERING LAB
The first two
Multiplier Events of the Zero Waste Catering LAB project took place on 28th
of June and 6th of July, the first at the AEPER headquarters and the
second as part of the "Vino X Roma" event. Tito Livio Mongelli spoke
about the project and illustrated the website and the platform created for the
exchange between companies in the HoReCa sector, local producers and consumers.
