The objectives of this project are to provide VET students with tools that enhance their catering education process, thereby digitalizing the educational experience and equipping students with new competencies to enhance their prospects in the labor market. Schools will adopt a new educational concept that encompasses business models and content supporting Zero Waste principles within catering education.

The private sector and restaurants will benefit from the implementation of tools for Zero Waste business management, enabling the production and delivery of meals in line with the Zero Waste principle. The private sector's adoption of Zero Waste practices in daily business management will also have a positive impact on the local community. The local community will have the opportunity to order meals from restaurants with confidence, knowing that the entire food preparation process adheres to Zero Waste standards.
