MISSION
The objectives of
this project are to deliver tools for VET students for education which is
directly enriching a catering
education process Nevertheless
it will digitalize the education process and manage to gather new competencies
for
students and empower
their position on the labor market. Schools will be enriched with a new
education concept that
gathers business
models and content that supports Zero Waste subjects in catering education. The
private sector and
restaurants will
benefit from implementing the tools for Zero waste business management, to
produce and deliver meals
with the Zero Waste
principle. The private sector will influence the local community by
implementing the Zero waste
principle in daily
business management. The local community will have the opportunity to order
meals from restaurants
knowing the whole
process of food preparation has been made according to Zero Waste, and it will
be possible to track
the origin of the food production,
ordering path, restaurants preparing and delivering.
