PRESENTATION OF THE PROJECT IN OLIMPIC STADIUM-ROME
On November 25th, 2023 during the Excellence Fair, held at the Olympic
Stadium in Rome, the partners of Zero Waste Catering Lab Project AEPER and
Galileo.it disseminated the results of the project in a Multiplier Event
attended by many enterprises of HoReCa Sector. The president of AEPER, Claudio Pica, also
spoke about the project during the conference dedicated on staff training in
the HoReCa sector.
